Gourmet Grilled Cheese: Sourdough, Cheese & Vanilla Bourbon Blueberry Jam

  • Vanilla Bourbon Blueberry Jam (you can purchase through this website)

  • Sourdough Bread

  • Shredded Gruyère Cheese

  • Shredded Gouda

  • Butter

Instructions

  • Heat pan over medium Heat

  • Add Butter to melt


    Prepare your Sandwich:

  • Spread the Jam on both Slices of Bread

  • Add your cheese to each slice and combine.

  • Place sandwich in the pan and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes until golden.

  • Flip the sandwoch and repeat until golden and cheese is melted.


**Top with flaked sea salt if desired.
