Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Pepper Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Loin

  • 1 Bacon

  • 1 tsp. Butter

  • 2 - 4 tsp. Sassy & Bold Pepper Pineapple Jam


Directions:

  • Use the directions for cooking pork loin in the oven.

  • Wrap your pork tenderloin with bacon cook to package instructions. 

  • In a small pot, add 1 tsp butter with Pepper Pineapple Jam cook on low until saucy.

  • When the pork loin has 10 minutes left, remove from oven.

  • Make slices in the pork loin to allow for pepper jam to get inbetween the slices.

  • Baste the loin with the buttery Sassy & Bold Pepper Pineapple Jam and cook for 10 minutes.


Note: if you would like a char on the pork raise the temperature slightly but watch carefully.
