Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Pepper Jam

Ingredients:
1 Pork Loin
1 Bacon
1 tsp. Butter
2 - 4 tsp. Sassy & Bold Pepper Pineapple Jam
Directions:
Use the directions for cooking pork loin in the oven.
Wrap your pork tenderloin with bacon cook to package instructions.
In a small pot, add 1 tsp butter with Pepper Pineapple Jam cook on low until saucy.
When the pork loin has 10 minutes left, remove from oven.
Make slices in the pork loin to allow for pepper jam to get inbetween the slices.
Baste the loin with the buttery Sassy & Bold Pepper Pineapple Jam and cook for 10 minutes.
Note: if you would like a char on the pork raise the temperature slightly but watch carefully.
