Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 1/2 cup sweet pepper jelly

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

  • In a large bowl, combine the sweet pepper jelly, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the jelly is fully dissolved and the marinade is smooth.

  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

  • Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  • For an extra glaze, brush the wings with additional pepper jelly during the last 5 minutes of baking.

  • Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
